That is what made him such a great Park Commissioner. About the parkways, his legacy is major. We would never get to Montauk at all, if not for his insight. Continuing to use Parkways and Expressways was really significant. I have to get to the archives to see his take on CSOs. I already mentioned on FaceBook how he forced FI homeowners to create a Nat'l Seashore. That was a blow to the developers! The bad part is I have to take the ferry to get out here and the last one is 4PM, the good part is my proerty values keep rising as my house gets closer to the ocean.
